- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries, thawed
- 4 strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1/2 cup toasted muesli
Arrange the yoghurt, berries and muesli in layers in a parfait glass or glass bowl.
- Use any combination of fresh or frozen berries
- Add 1 banana or other seasonal fruit
- Add 1 tablespoon of chopped pecans
