Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 4 strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup toasted muesli

Method

Arrange the yoghurt, berries and muesli in layers in a parfait glass or glass bowl.

Variation

  • Use any combination of fresh or frozen berries
  • Add 1 banana or other seasonal fruit
  • Add 1 tablespoon of chopped pecans
