Brie and Pear Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 2 thick slices Turkish bread
  • 50g brie, sliced
  • 1/2 small firm pear, cored and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method

Toast bread and top with slices of brie and pears. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
