Ingredients
- 2 thick slices Turkish bread
- 50g brie, sliced
- 1/2 small firm pear, cored and sliced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Method
Toast bread and top with slices of brie and pears. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
