- 1 1/2 cups broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon toasted almonds, chopped
Bring water to boil in a medium saucepan and salt to taste. Add broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender, drain and place in a small bowl.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice and garlic and drizzle over the broccoli. Gently toss through the almonds.
