- 1 cup chicken stock
- 125g tin creamed corn
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon finely grated ginger
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 2 chicken tenderloins, sliced thinly
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until the chicken is cooked for approximately 5 minutes.
