Crumpets with Ricotta and Pear

Ingredients

  • 2 crumpets
  • 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 small firm pear, cored and sliced
  • Honey, for drizzling
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Method

Toast crumpets and top with ricotta. Arrange pear slices on top, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Variation

  • Add 1 tablespoon honey to ricotta cheese for a sweeter dish.
