Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup water or icecubes
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 strawberries, hulled
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Alternatively, place all ingredients in a tall glass and process with a stick blender.
Variation
- Use any combination of fresh or frozen berries
- Add 1 banana or other seasonal fruit
