Pasta with Pesto, Fresh Tomato and Olives

Ingredients

  • 100g short pasta (such as spirali)
  • 1 tablespoon basil pesto
  • 4 baby roma tomatoes, chopped or one large tomato, chopped
  • 8 kalamata olives, roughly chopped

Method

Bring a medium saucepan of salted water to the boil and add pasta. Cook for 8-10 minutes depending on the manufacturer’s instructions. Drain.

Stir through the pesto, tomatoes and olives.
